In DT we have enjoyed designing and making our own London landmarks using different construction materials. The children showed great creativity and team-working skills to create their landmarks. We had a visit from the Police to teach us all about what they do and how to keep ourselves safe. In History the children have enjoyed learning all about the Great Fire of London. We enjoyed a trip to Ford Green Hall and Butterflies shared their learning with their parents during their class assembly. We also had a visit from the Animal Man to teach us all about different types of animals. Mrs Martin also brought in her tortoise Dash who enjoyed becoming a new member on Year 1 for the day!
