Reception have been very busy this term and have taken part in some great learning around celebrations. We have learnt about lots of celebrations such as: Diwali, Eid, Bonfire night, Chinese New Year, the Rio Carnival and Christmas.
As a part of our celebrations for Christmas the children have enjoyed dressing up as the characters from the nativity and acting out the story, using our tales toolkit to support their story structure. The children also enjoyed a winter crafternoon with parents and to end our term we also had a special visit from Santa where the children enjoyed a special Santa breakfast.
